Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is a fitness revolution that has taken the world by storm. This transformative exercise method focuses on core strength, flexibility and overall body awareness. It offers a low impact yet highly effective workout that is suitable for all levels of fitness and ages!
Vinyasa
'Moving your body with your breath. A dynamic style of yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice.
Yin
A slow, quiet and passive practice. Yin accesses denser connective tissues of the body and strengthens ligaments, joints, fascial networks and bones.
Slow Flow
Slow flow classes are a combination of vinyasa and hatha yoga. This class allows you to find space between poses while still maintaining the gentle rhythm of a flow yoga class. Great for beginners, but equally wonderful for experienced looking to sink deeper into their practice.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, a state where the body and sensory mind are completely relaxed.
