Saturday: 730am Mat Pilates   830am Yoga Flow​

FREEDOM Dance 

Once a month this 45 minute interpretative dance class is where you can come and step into a world where there are no wrong moves!

 

This playful session is where music becomes your guide and your body becomes the language. Suitable for all levels of fitness and ability!
