Studio Fitness
Body weight fitness classes are a popular and effective way to improve overall health and fitness with no need for specialised equipment! The team at The Health Oasis are so excited to now be bringing these classes to the timetable as part of your membership in the studio!
These classes utilise the resistance provided by one’s own body weight to perform exercises to build strength, endurance, flexibility and balance.
Body weight workouts are highly adaptable making them suitable for all levels form beginners to advanced athletes whilst having a whole bunch of fun!
To join in these classes you will need to provide your own gym mat and clean sneakers so book your class now!
