Christina is a dedicated massage therapist who finds joy in helping people relax, feel their best, and experience relief from stress and pain. Qualifying in 2022, she has specialised in both remedial and relaxation massage, integrating sports massage techniques to further support her clients’ well-being.

COUNSELLING & REIKI THERAPY
with Kate Tanner
Kate Tanner of Kate of Grace is a counsellor and reiki
therapist, offering a personalised therapeutic response,
specialising in recovery from trauma.
Kate is a qualified social worker with 28 years experience
working with women and men in: domestic violence,
child safety, sexual assault support, homelessness,
EAP counselling and mental health.
Kate is a Reiki Master, offering Reiki Energy Healing, as well
as teaching Reiki 1 and 2.
Kate is also a qualified yoga teacher.
Kate's therapeutic practice continues to evolve to incorporate
an understanding of how beliefs are formed, and how
traumatic experiences can become locked in our bodies,
informing unhelpful destructive patterning in our lives.
Kate is a mum of two adult daughters, and lives in the
Kingborough area with her husband of 25 years.
