Hermione Friesen
Vinyasa Flow, Mat Pilates & Studio Fitness
With Hermione’s passion for all things health and fitness, it was only a matter of time before she fell in love with yoga. Understanding not only the physical health benefits of regular practice but also being drawn, and ultimately falling in love with the mental health benefits, the spiritual health benefits and the social health benefits. Being able to bring this together for the beautiful health of the community is a dedication for Hermione.
Hermione is trained in Vinyasa Flow Yoga and with her background in fitness and personal training, you will be sure to receive a nourishing practice that your body and your mind will be grateful for.
Bianca Wooldridge
Yin, Hatha, Yoga Nidra, Mums & Bubs
Bianca is a Hatha, Yin and Postnatal Yoga teacher, who has returned to Tasmania after more than 15 years overseas. With a background in international Brand Marketing, she made the shift into teaching yoga after her own practice helped her manage the stress of corporate life.
Completing her yoga training in India and Spain, and teaching in London and Barcelona in recent years, and now she's happy to share her knowledge and experience with the local community in her home state. She is passionate about helping others find balance in their lives through a yoga practice.

Anna Fogarty
Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Prenatal, Yoga Therapy
"Anna is a level II Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist with over 1000hrs of training. Over the past 7 years Anna has shared the traditions of yoga at studios and retreats and more recently in clinical settings. Anna holds a caring, safe, non-judgmental space and offers classes that are nourishing, authentic and empowering. She aspires to make yoga accessible to the wider community and offers guidance to people recovering from illness and injury. She has experienced first-hand the benefits yoga can have on one’s life, and enjoys seeing the transformation in her student’s."
Penny Jones
Yin
A recovering ‘do-too-mucher’, Penny has fallen deeply in love with the practice of yin as a gateway to receptivity – to the rest, nourishment and spaciousness that we all need and deserve. Her Hatha teaching blends strength, stillness, flux and flow, with a style that is deeply rooted in the seasons, inspired by her training with Holli Gipson through Sacred Seeds Yoga School.
In all of her classes, Penny aspires to create and hold accessible, nourishing spaces that offer anyone the opportunity to connect with our bodies, hearts and minds, and the strength and softness that all of us hold within. We are so happy to have her as a part of our yoga teacher team.

Christina Hopper
Mat Pilates
Christina is a qualified Pilates instructor.
She is passionate about helping people feel stronger and better about themselves. Christina’s aim is for students to leave her classes knowing they’ve achieved something beneficial - mentally and physically.
When Christina isn’t cheering others on with pulses and crunches, she is sweating it out on bush walks and generally enjoying being in nature. Christina is looking forward to seeing you on the mat and helping you work towards your fitness goals, both inside and out.
Emmanuelle Decourty
Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga & Restorative Yoga
Emm is a Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga teacher as well as a massage therapist.

Emm is passionate about freeing bodies of their tensions as well as balancing their energies.
​
Yoga teaching was a natural addition to empower anyone with their physical and mental wellbeing and Emm's Hatha style is explorative and strong.

Karlyn Digitalis
Breathwork
Karlyn qualified as a Breathwork Mastery Practitioner in 2004, training to an Australian Government Diploma standard, one of the highest professional standards available.
Since then she’s had the privilege of supporting and facilitating thousands of individuals, hundreds of groups, workshops and trainings in Australia, the UK and other parts of the world. In addition, she’s also held committee positions with the British Rebirth Society and the International Breathwork Foundation for many years and travelled the globe to attend the Global Inspiration Conferences.

A dedicated student of yoga for the last 20 years, she recently completed her Advanced Pranayama Teacher Training with the Krishna Village Centre for Yogic Studies.
All of Karlyn’s offerings are trauma-informed and the focus is on soothing the nervous system, integration of unresolved past events and teaching simple breathing techniques that anyone can use to support and enhance daily life.
Kimberly Howard
Studio Fitness
Kim is a mother of two with a passion for health and fitness. We are excited to have her energy at the Health Oasis and look forward to watching Kim help others achieve their fitness goals.
Kim is qualified in Nutrition and is currently studying her Certificate III and IV in Fitness!

Kim is in the Den Squad so you may have seen her around enjoying some strength training.

Kims journey into fitness is driven by a desire to lead a healthy balanced lifestyle and she hopes to inspire others to do the same.
Andrea Vaca
Yoga
Andrea is a Yoga instructor and holistic therapist!
In 2019, Andrea completed her Yoga teacher training with a deep desire to share its profound power with humanity. Andrea grew up truly loving yoga, transforming her life, unveiling new paths that allow her to delve deeper into self-discovery.
Andrea shares Yoga’s magic but also intertwines it with holistic tools like Tarot, medicine circles, ceremonies, and other practices to enrich self-exploration and soul healing. We are so excited to have you join our community!
