Mums and Bubs Pilates classes are beginner friendly Pilates classes for mums and babies to build confidence and strength post birth.

Time with your baby is precious and our classes are a beautiful way to bond with your baby while building back your strength, especially in common areas of weakness after birth. The moves focus on the pelvic floor muscle, the core and strength. We want to work together to feel strong, capable, and more self-confident.

Josie will adapt the class to all fitness and experience levels, blending movement with play - engaging with your baby through the class. 

Each class ends with a short mindfulness exercise.

You can expect laughter, encouragement and fun.

Mums & Bubs Yoga

6 Week Term $199

Next term commences: Monday 17th June - 22nd July

Over 6 weeks you will move through gentle yoga specifically focused on supporting postnatal mums physically, mentally and emotionally.

Each class includes:

- A guided yoga practice

- Breathwork

- Mama tea-time where you share some yummy snacks

We work on pelvic floor stability, strengthen areas that needed to stretch and expand during pregnancy as well as help ease tightness and discomfort that shows up postpartum from feeding and looking after Bub.

6 week programme - $199
